Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix chopped Lion Bars, broken digestives, marshmallows, and Cornflakes.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate, butter, and golden syrup until smooth. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir quickly to combine.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the lined tin.
  6. Top with halved Lion Bars, cut lengthways to show the caramel and wafer inside.
  7. (Optional) Drizzle with melted white chocolate or caramel.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, until firm.
  9. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

These bars improve with time — store in an airtight container in the fridge and they’ll stay chewy and delicious for up to 5 days. Perfect for transporting to work or slicing ahead of a party!
